A desperate flight from civilisation through the inhospitable lands of northern Siberia, from in Finland. A mad journey to the Bering Strait and back, pursued by packs of men and wolves.

In sketch form, this work was for a time incorporated into Le Panoptique de Jeremy Bentham, an opera project of which it was the finale.

The recording below, an experimental deciphering, was made in half a day with the soloists (male voices) of the Mikrokosmos chamber choir conducted by Loïc Pierre.
