The name of a flower that has now disappeared – the Cry violet was particularly abundant in this village in the eastern Yonne until 1930. Today it reminds us of the loss of biodiversity in France. At the end of the 1990s, the musician Pascal Lelièvre conceived a premonitory show on this theme, both the diversity and the fragility of living things, in the combe de Badelune at Regain, near Saignon.
